What is Included
Crab sushi filling (available fresh or frozen), sushi rice, nori sheets, a rolling mat, soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
How to Roll
Cook and season the sushi rice and allow to cool to room temperature. Lay nori shiny-side down on the rolling mat. Spread a thin, even layer of rice leaving a two-centimetre border at the far edge. Lay the crab filling in a line across the near third of the rice. Using the mat, roll the nori away from you firmly and evenly. Seal the edge with a damp finger. Slice with a sharp, wet knife, wiping the blade between cuts for clean edges.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on a wooden board with the accompaniments arranged alongside. A small side of edamame and miso soup complete the experience.
