Nyami Nyami Seafood supplies fresh and frozen seafood, vegetables, and curated combo boxes to individuals, restaurants, and businesses.

Due to the nature of seafood and fresh produce, availability may vary.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

Payment must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed for approved business clients.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit or cancel quantities per customer

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframes; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Accurate delivery details are provided

  • Someone is available to receive the order

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our products are perishable and must be properly stored immediately upon delivery.

Nyami Nyami Seafood is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Product deterioration after successful delivery

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted once delivered

  • Refunds/replacements are only issued under valid claims

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
