We currently deliver within Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (depending on order time and availability)

  • Delivery windows will be communicated after order confirmation

While we strive to meet all delivery times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.

We may offer:

  • Free delivery on selected orders or promotions

  • Discounted delivery for bulk or repeat customers

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is received

  • Orders placed after cut-off times may be scheduled for the next delivery day

6. Receiving Your Order

If no one is available:

Upon delivery:

  • Customers must immediately refrigerate or freeze products

  • Nyami Nyami Seafood is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery

8. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The order is handed to the customer or representative

  • OR delivered to the provided address as instructed

Responsibility transfers to the customer at this point.
