RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Nyami Nyami Seafood, we are committed to delivering high-quality seafood and fresh produce. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict but fair returns and refunds policy to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.


2. Perishable Goods

All seafood, frozen products, vegetables, and combo boxes are classified as perishable goods.

For health and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns of perishable items once delivered.

  • We only offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions outlined below.


3. Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled

  • Items were missing from your order

  • The product quality is significantly below standard


4. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the problem

5. Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed, we may:

  • Offer a replacement on your next delivery

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Provide a store credit

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 business days.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The customer was not available to receive delivery

  • Incorrect delivery details were provided

  • The product was improperly stored after delivery

  • The claim is made after 24 hours


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled


8. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time. Once delivered, the responsibility for proper storage (refrigeration/freezing) lies with the customer.
