How to Prepare
Pan-Fry (Recommended for best flavour):

Oven Bake:
Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes with lemon, herbs, and a touch of butter.
Once cooked, gently lift out the spine using a fork — the flesh will separate effortlessly.
