Sourced from the cold Patagonian shelf, our C5 grade calamari arrives already cleaned – tubes intact, ready to stuff, slice into rings or grill whole. Slightly sweet and tender when cooked correctly.

How to Cook
Grilled Whole: Score in a crosshatch, brush with olive oil and garlic. Grill over very high heat for one to two minutes per side maximum – high heat and short time is essential.
Crumbed Rings: Slice into 15 mm rings, coat in seasoned panko and fry at 180 C for two to three minutes until golden.
Stuffed Tubes: Fill with chorizo, rice and herbs, seal and braise in tomato sauce for twenty-five minutes.
