How to Cook
Stir-Fry: Thaw, dry well and cook over very high heat in a wok with ginger, garlic and chilli for two minutes.
Prawn Curry: Add to a simmering coconut curry base in the final five minutes of cooking.
Grilled: Season with smoked paprika, salt and olive oil. Grill over high heat for two minutes per side.
