How to Cook
Pan-Fried: Thaw, pat dry and season. Fry in a hot pan with oil for three to four minutes per side until golden.
Battered: Make a cold beer batter and coat thawed fillets. Fry at 180 C for four to five minutes. Serve with chips and tartare sauce.
Oven-Baked from Frozen: Season and bake at 200 C for twenty to twenty-five minutes. No thawing required.
